IEA COLOMBIA IS HOSTING AN INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON SELF-AWARENESS, LEADERSHIP AND HUMAN DEVELOPMENT

Objective
There is broad consensus among multiple authors and modern scholars in Leadership, Management, Organizational Development and Personal Growth on the overriding importance of the techniques of Self-Awareness in human growth. As the Enneagram of Personality is one of the more comprehensive and developed models for self-awareness, we have a great opportunity to meet directly with new and useful insights and applications of this model. A group of fourteen scholars and promoters of this tool in Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, Spain and the United States will gather in the third weekend of February 2011 in Cali, Colombia; they will present different applications of this revolutionary tool for personal and organizational development.
 
The program includes eleven papers with applications in Personal Development, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, Interpersonal Relations and the Arts, among others. It also includes a Panel of Experts to discuss business applications.
