IEA Affiliates: Benefits
The IEA Affiliate gets the following benefits as part of its alliance with the IEA:
1. Identify itself as “The (country) Affiliate Association”
2. Use of the IEA logo and name
3. The opportunity to organize local IEA Conferences and up to two Enneagram lectures or courses per year with one Enneagram teacher who is a professional member of the IEA without fee (paying only for traveling and lodging expenses). The Affiliate Association will receive a list of teachers available, and it will be their decision which teacher to invite to go to that country. Affiliate associations that charge for these IEA events (Conferences and courses) will donate 10% of these events’ profits to the IEA.
4. Formal representation at the IEA, participating in quarterly conference calls with IEA Board members
5. Advice and marketing support from the IEA for organizing local conferences
6. Opportunity to recommend presenters to IEA Conference committees
7. One free registration at IEA Annual Conferences and courses
8. One printed copy of Nine Points (IEA newsletter) for each 15 members – all sent to the same address
9. One pdf copy (computer file) of the Enneagram Monthly sent to the head of the group, which can be sent to all its members – but only to them
10. One printed copy of the Enneagram Monthly for each 15 members – all sent to the same address
11. The opportunity to translate some articles from the Enneagram Monthly and the 9 Points IEA bulletin, mentioning and sharing the translation with the source
12. One corporate password to access the “members only” IEA website section
13. A dedicated web page on this section of the IEA website and the capability to post their newsletters
14. Listing of the Affiliate Association activities on the IEA website calendar
15. Inclusion on the IEA webring
16. Listing in the printed IEA membership, if there is one
17. Opportunity to have e-mails sent to all IEA members announcing programs they sponsor
18. Use of the IEA database at a 50% discount
19. Opportunity to write small articles or news for 9 Points
20. Opportunity to add new Enneagram books from their countries or in their languages to the IEA website bibliography, as these books become available
21. Commitment to let the IEA use its complete membership database, updating it at least yearly. The IEA needs this information to map everything that happens in the world of the Enneagram. The IEA will also be allowed to sell this database to third parties and to send its own communication to these members (they will be called affiliate members of the IEA).
22. Commitment to translate the IEA website and possibly other pieces of communication by the IEA
23. Opportunity to write and update an article (in English) about the Enneagram in its country for the IEA website and 9 Points
24. One printed copy of the IEA Conference Proceedings, when these are created
Individual members from the IEA Affiliate Association also receive attractive benefits:

3. Individual Affiliate Member listing on the IEA website
