I'm having trouble figuing out if I'm a One or Eight. What is the difference?

There are a few things to think about when differentiating between a type One and a type Eight.

First, while both Ones and Eights can experience anger, they experience it and express it differently. Ones tend to be conflicted about it and Eights can feel it more readily and express it more easily. Ones tend to relate to the word "resentment" more than anger.  Ones tend to focus on details, and Eights don't like to focus on details. Ones will feel bad about something they think they did wrong and think about it a lot, whereas Eights tend not to think about perceived errors so much.
