Hotel Reservations:
Make your reservations as soon as possible so you can take advantage of the reasonable rates that have been arranged for our conference. The conference room rate is $129.00 per night. This rate is available 3 days before and after the conference, so come early or stay a few extra days to enjoy the city. This rate will only be available until July 10, 2008 and based on availability.

If you are attending the preconference day event on July 31st,  you will want to arrive the evening before as the event will start early Thursday morning. The main conference will begin on Friday morning and end about 1p.m. on Sunday, August 3th.
