The Palace Hotel is centrally located in the heart of the San Francisco, just blocks away from Union Square, Chinatown, the Financial District and the Moscone Convention Center.  Comfort and enjoyment is the utmost priority at the Palace Hotel. Hotel Reservations:
Make your reservations as soon as possible so you can take advantage of the reasonable rates that have been arranged for our conference. The conference room rate is $149.00 per night. This rate is available 3 days before and after the conference, so come early or stay a few extra days to enjoy the city. This rate will only be available until July 9, 2010 and based on availability.

If you are attending the preconference day event on July 29th,  you will want to arrive the evening before as the event will start early Thursday morning. The main conference will begin on Friday morning and end about 1p.m. on Sunday, August 1st.

From San Francisco International Airport

We recommend that you fly into San Francisco International Airport (Code SFO), which is an approximate 25-minute drive away from the hotel. The taxi cost for transportation to the hotel is $40+.

For guests who wish to take the train, the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) train runs between SFO and San Francisco every 15 minutes. Simply board the Dublin/Pleasanton train at the BART station. Exit the train at the Montgomery Street Station. The Palace Hotel is located at the corner of Market and New Montgomery Street, directly across from the train station. The total cost is $6. Travel time is approximately 30 minutes.

From Oakland International Airport

For an equally convenient alternative, we recommend that guests fly into the Oakland International Airport (Code OAK), which is an approximate 35-minute drive away from the hotel. The taxi cost for transportation to the hotel is $50-65.
