IEA Spain Conference
The IEA Spain, also known as Aeneagrama, will have its first local Conference in November 2008. The Conference will be held in Madrid, at the Universidad Autónoma, where the Enneagram has been taught at the Medical School for around 15 years. The event promises to be not only a great opportunity for learning and exchanging knowledge and experience, but also the coronation of a benchmark process of creating a local Enneagram Association inclusive for all local teachers and schools of thought. For more information, please email the IEA Spain President, Isabel Salama, at

Tom Condon arrived in Santiago de Cali on May 14th. On the 15th he attended a TV broadcast and spoke with several local media people. Later on, he gathered with members of the local IEA Chapter and related his views on the Enneagram, NLP and the early days of the IEA. We took lots of pictures and had fun.
On Friday Tom delivered his workshop, "The Dynamic Enneagram" at the Dann Carlton Hotel. Over 100 attendees participated, including many members of IEA-AHSER.
Later on, we attended a show-party at the Club Campestre and on Saturday we did some sightseeing at the Museo de la Caña - Piedechinche, a beautiful museum of ancient sugar refining techniques located in Amaime, 30-minutes North from Cali. Tom enjoyed this very much. On Sunday morning, Jaime Colmenares, Tom and I prepared the themes for a workshop on Enneagram and NLP that was planned for Sucromiles (local Tate & Lyle subsidiary), then had lunch at the Club Campestre.
The Sucromiles Workshop was delivered on Monday/Tuesday at the comfortable CIAT (International Center for Tropical Agriculture) facilities, near Palmira. About 80 executives from Sucromiles attended and enjoyed the experience, dedicated to exploring the connections between the Enneagram and NLP. Gustavo Mejia (IEA Colombia President), Yvonne Betenyane (Member) and I participated in this experience. We had a farewell dinner with Tom at the traditional Cali Viejo Restaurant.
Our event was very successful, and 10% of net profits go to the IEA.
