Pre-Conference Arica Training
You won’t want to miss this year's very special pre-conference day event: An Arica Training
As many Enneagram enthusiasts know, much of our Enneagram-related knowledge has its original source in the Arica School, founded by Oscar Ichazo in 1968.
The Arica School, of which the enneagram is one component, is, as Ramparts magazine put it in 1973,
"a body of techniques for inherent consciousness-raising and an ideology to relate to the world in an awakened way."
At this year's IEA conference, we are featuring a very special training from two longtime Arica students and teachers, Tato Gomez and Daniela Hauptmann. In an extremely rare and exciting one-day training event, Tato and Daniela will introduce us to some key aspects of the Arica School's approach to personal growth and transformation.
The Enneagram system of personality types that we know and love is only the tip of the iceberg of what the Arica School teaches. Come learn more about the Arica approach to human transcendence!

Introducing Learning Teams -- Experience the Conference in a whole new way!
Learning Teams are small interest groups that commit to meet at various times throughout the IEA Conference to share what they have learned, discuss questions that have arisen, and talk about ways to apply what they are taking away.
So often we leave the Conference with great intentions about utilizing what we’ve learned, but then our intentions burn off during re-entry.
Learning Teams offer a way to help solidify the value of attending the conference and soaking up all that Enneagram knowledge and inspiration.
And who knows -- you might gain new colleagues and friends.
During conference registration you will have an opportunity to create and/or sign up for a team.
There will be various interest group teams to consider based on area of interest, level of expertise, or general wish to connect with new Enneagram enthusiasts and teachers.
Some groups will be facilitated and some will self-lead.
Either way, Learning Teams are always stimulating and enriching!
