The Enneagram system of personality types is being used in many different ways by many different people in many different places all around the world.
For instance, the Enneagram is being used as a development tool very successfully in businesses around the world. Fortune 500-equvialant companies in the automotive, chemical consumer goods, life sciences and power generation industries (to name a few) have had trainings, team building, leadership development and consulting activities done within the organization using the Enneagram. The number of small and mid-sized companies that use the Enneagram in their staff development activities is also growing.
Another example of an innovative application of the Enneagram is the growth of ideas about how the Enneagram can help children. Many psychological experts agree that our personality develops in early childhood.
