Bestselling Enneagram Author Chooses IEA’s New Publishing Arm for her Latest Book
The International Enneagram Association (“IEA”) is pleased to announce the launch of its expansion into book publishing with “The Enneagram of Death” by bestselling author Elizabeth Wagele. The book contains helpful insights by the 9 types of people on grief, fear, and dying.

Thomas Condon, an internationally recognized Enneagram trainer and author, called Elizabeth Wagele’s most recent book on death “a timely treasury of insights about an inevitable part of life.” He said, “Along with offering ways to grieve, cope and find closure, the book demonstrates the Enneagram’s wide, powerful relevance to all areas of human experience.”
The author aims to soothe and inspire those who are dying or close to someone who is dying, grieving, or afraid of death. The Enneagram system of personality, which is built around nine types of people, can be a key tool for enhancing awareness of repressed feelings related to death and dying. Therefore, each chapter of The Enneagram of Death features stories, essays, and poems about one of those Enneagram types.
Readers will be able to distinguish how people with characteristics similar to and different from theirs cope with their fear of death, the prospect of their own death, the shock of a loved one’s death, end-of-life care giving situations, and near death experiences.
The Enneagram of Death
provides an individualized way of looking at death and dying. While readers may resonate most with stories involving their own type, the other stories will also provide opportunities for new perspectives for understanding life and death.
The book will be launched during the IEA Global Conference, which takes place in
