THE ESSENTIAL ENNEAGRAM TEST
By David Daniels, M.D. and Virginia Price, Ph.D.

Description: This 15-minute self-administered test is based on reading nine descriptive paragraphs, choosing the three that most resemble you, then reading further descriptions of those types. The nine paragraphs reflect each type’s overall worldview, style of attention, dominant mental and emotional biases, central pre-occupations, and positive attributes.

Test Results: The test gives the probability that the chosen paragraph identifies the client’s type, along with the probabilities that the client may be some other type. This test is incorporated into the book, The Essential Enneagram, and also includes information about the types including specific practices for each type. A version is available free online www.authenticenneagram.com

We are truly living in a "connected world," and as the Enneagram teaches, beneath the many superficial cultural differences that tend to separate us, we see that we are more alike than we ordinarily realize. The world today needs this message more than ever--that, from a spiritual perspective, "we are one." - Riso/Hudson
