The conference will feature more 80+ presentations from world-class teachers and professional members of the IEA.  The sessions will be live, semi-live, and pre-recorded and will run across all major time zones.  Don’t worry about missing a session — all sessions will be recorded so you may access any session you miss. REACHING ACROSS TRADITIONS: A Tribute to Retired IEA Founder Helen Palmer & The Enduring Power of our Narratives to Unite and Transform Us

During the endnote session of this virtual gathering, we take the opportunity to honor the legacy of Helen Palmer, the recently retired co-founder of the Narrative Enneagram school with Dr. David Daniels, IEA co-founder and bestselling author. For over 45 years, Palmer’s goal — to integrate sound psychology with spiritual method using the Enneagram map — has remained constant.

What started out as a group of forty individuals in Palmer’s living room in the early 70s, over time, expanded to thousands of people who have recognized their types by seeing and hearing panelists talk about their lives. When we share our personal experiences and sacred narratives in a field of compassionate presence, our souls grow and we can more easily experience the shared humanity in each of us. As we listen to the stories and notice the non-verbals of speakers on a type panel, the Enneagram becomes three-dimensional – our minds gain insight and understanding, our hearts are touched, and our bodies experience the energies of the types.

Host Ginger Lapid-Bogda and presenters Peter O’Hanrahan and Terry Saracino connect our roots to our future leading us in conversation with stories from Palmer herself about the history of the IEA and development of the Narrative method. Special guests will share memories of Helen and her impact in this community. O’Hanrahan and Saracino will offer brief teachings and a breakout group with the global community of live attendees. The IEA Global Conference will be delivered as a visually-rich online experience.  The user-friendly platform mimics the dynamics of a physical conference making it easy to navigate around. Start your conference journey in the virtual conference lobby.  From there, you can go into the auditorium to attend live presentations or watch pre-recorded presentations on demand.  You can visit the virtual exhibit hall and chat live with exhibitors.  You can gather materials from speakers and exhibitors into your “virtual briefcase” which will then email you the materials you gather.

No need to worry if you miss a live presentation.  The live presentations will be recorded and then loaded to the site so you can watch at your convenience.
