When left unattended these wounds fester causing pain in the individuals leading to seemingly unrepairable devastation to the fabric of our society.  Deborah’s evolution as a change agent and social justice warrior is rooted in her own journey.  “My father told me that when you are blessed you must be a blessing to others.  I honor that to the best of my ability.” Deborah pioneered the development of “The Platinum Connection, building bridges across differences”; and has launched the Enneagram Healing Humanity Collaborative bringing the Enneagram to homeless shelters and communities that work with men and women who are marginalized.

French and Argentinean, she speaks English, French, and Spanish, and has traveled to more than 50 countries. To her, one does not need to come from different countries or speak different languages to have intercultural dilemmas, miscommunications, and interpersonal toxicity: “As humans, we are all strangers to each other just by being unique within our own cultural identities. Greater self-awareness and understanding of individual differences, as the Enneagram map proposes, is a fundamental key to a path towards social peace: inclusiveness, diversity, openness, curiosity, compassion and bienveillance”. She often tells her students: welcome to 350 years of self-growth, and we are all in it together!”; explaining how without concrete regular practices aiming at stretching one’s comfort zone and level of self-mastery, knowing one’s Enneagram profile doesn’t do anything; except maybe increase ego traps and spiritual bypasses.
