The International Enneagram Association is a membership association providing the premier gathering place for Enneagram learning and connection across diverse lineages and applications. The IEA is dedicated to promoting understanding and appreciation of the Enneagram system, the ethical use of the Enneagram in a wide range of applications and fostering connections and Enneagram community across the globe.

The IEA offers a large dynamic global conference every two years and supports regional conferences sponsored by our National Affiliates in other countries around the world and our regional Chapters in the United States. We also sponsor workshops and other events, including monthly IEA Live presentations. IEA Members receive reduced fee registration to the global conference and other events. IEA Members also receive other benefits, including access to our Member Library which contains Enneagram Journal articles and many recordings of presentations from prior conferences. We have illustrated a number of Membership Pathways to help you navigate your unique path through our offerings.
We offer both Participating and Professional membership levels and have created additional discounted dues levels for those 30 and under, 65 and older and for members of our National Affiliates in other countries in recognition of the widely varying economic conditions existing around the world.
