GINGER LAPID-BOGDA PhD, IEA Accredited Professional with Distinction, an internationally recognized Enneagram author, trainer, keynote speaker, organization development consultant and coach, is considered a world leader in bringing the insights of the Enneagram to organizations worldwide. She offers global certification programs and 28 full-color training that enable consultants, trainers, and coaches to use the Enneagram effectively and accurately in a wide variety of organizational applications. In addition, Ginger is a long-time member of NTL (National Training Labs), past president of the IEA (International Enneagram Association), and her two Enneagram-based coaching certificate programs are both ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited. LUCILLE GREEFF, IEA Accredited Professional, is a partner at Aephoria. She is a coach trainer, facilitator, poet and vision quest guide. Her work focuses on enabling vertical development through existential and process-based interventions. She is a Diversity and OD specialist. MARIO SIKORA, IEA Accredited Professional with Distinction, is an internationally known Enneagram thought-leader and leadership-development consultant. He works with senior leaders in organizations of all sizes and has taught the Enneagram in over 20 countries. He is a former president of the IEA and author or co-author of five books on the Enneagram.

MARIA JOSE MUNITA, IEA Accredited Professional with Distinction, has broad experience coaching leaders, and providing Enneagram-based training and certification programs for professional practitioners since 2008 in different countries of North and South America, Europe, and the Middle East. She is a former president of the IEA and co-author of two books on the Enneagram.

FLEMMING CHRISTENSEN, IEA Accredited Professional with Distinction, is the founder of THINK ABOUT IT and The Enneagram Institute of Denmark and the author of 20 books. He teaches professional and personal leadership skills in Denmark and internationally and has been self-employed since 1986.

His teachings often blend psychology, philosophy, leadership, and relationships. His Enneagram Team and Leadership Competency Model is widely used to build precisely that organizational culture that can develop the skills necessary for implementing a new business strategy, handling change and complexity, adapting to the digital agenda, and supporting innovation and intrapreneurship.

He is also the founder of the Enneagram Next Next Generation Project, supporting young adults between 15 and 30 years with training and a community to build new life skills.
